Great customer service
The Delaware office and its techs have been very quick to respond and resolve our issues from beginning to end. Good knowledge people. I was nervous after the installation if we would ever hear from them again. They proved me wrong and stepped up to resolve my roof problems. I am glad I went with Venture Solar. They ordered the best solar panels for us and it has paid off. The workmanship inside the house on the electrical panel was excellent. Thank you Venture Solar’s Delaware Team.

Kept Informed. Install So Quiet!
I was very surprised at the absence of big noises. Yes, there was some drilling and a bit of hammering, but that was all! The crew leader was careful to explain all the steps they would go through to us. To get to our attic through a closet hole, the removed items and also put them back carefully. I didn't have to do a thing! They arrived on time and were done in 5 hours.

We interviewed a total of 4 different Solar Companies before making a decision…..We chose Venture…. The whole team were professional and knowledgeable…..Very easy company to work with and communication was ongoing throughout the whole process….. I bought my Solar System and had a Brand New Roof installed with no out of pocket expense….. Venture offers financing…. That process was easy and I liked that I did not have to look for a Contractor to do my roof….Everything was part of my Solar contract…..I love the design of my Panels on my roof….We are now Operational and love that I made this investment and will no longer be a prisoner to the Utility Company…. Venture out of the 4 Solar companies we talked with had the best equipment and at the best pricing of it all…. Very happy we chose Venture.

Never thought
I never thought I would go solar but from the salesperson to follow up it was so professional, real customer service! The installation team was so efficient so instructive and so professional. So if you want to go solar strongly suggest you do go Venture Solar. I am so enjoying watching my net meter going backwards since the installation, it looks like I with Venture Solar will produce 100% of my electricity needs!

I have the same problem as everybody else with this company nobody answered your phone calls nobody wants to discuss anything and then when you get mad on the phone they hang up on you My problem is that they're not communicating with Con Edison so call Edison is sending me full bills every month for the last 9 months.
