SunBlue Energy
We started our solar panel install journey about a year ago. After multiple estimates from the big solar companies we were lucky to find SunBlue Energy through our roofing contractor. All the big companies were telling us we can fit 25-26 panels on our roof, basically taking up every inch of space. We would have had big problems if we proceeded with those guys. Chris Hale from SunBlue explained to us that every village and town in the area has their own fire codes when it comes to solar panels on roof. Setbacks from ridge and sides is mandatory for pathways should there be a fire emergency. Chris was able to get us 22 panels at a great price and gave us a modest estimate of solar production. We are 8 months in and our highest ConEd bill is $30.86. We used to average $215 a month. Our system has had zero issues and runs flawlessly every day thanks to the great install crew. And everyone that works in the offices are always there to help and respon to any emails promptly. I can’t recommend SunBlue Energy enough.

Fantastic Company
I had installed solar panels in my previous home about 10 years ago and when I moved into my new house, I figured I’d use the same installer—SunRun. After wasting weeks dealing with their red-tape, high price quotes and unaccommodating staff, I decided to find a local company who wanted my business and was easier to deal with. I checked out more than a dozen companies before finding SunBlue and was pleasantly surprised. Their prices are competitive, their staff is courteous and the owner, Chris Hale, is a great guy who is exceptionally knowledgeable. I had them install a 55 panel system on my home and the process was smooth from beginning to end. The quality of their work was excellent and they handled every aspect of the job including permits, inspections, etc.. My panels are now offsetting 100% of my electricity usage so I’m enjoying huge savings on my ConEd bill. If you’re thinking of going solar, don’t waste your time shopping around—just go with SunBlue and get the job done right.

Professional team
SunBlue was professional. The setup was quick and professionally done. I'm an electrical engineer, so I was checked the work done - and was quite happy with all of it. Their quote was priced competitively, and the team is very friendly and easy to work with. They also did a great job handling to city bureaucracy, so that process was very hands off for me. Sales agent also had great hands on knowledge of the system and tech (not common among solar sales people), and also understood the financials involved.

Very pleased with SunBlue!
We had an excellent experience with SunBlue. In the beginning of the project, we were given a thorough explanation of the process, and a detailed explanation of what to expect in terms of energy production from our system. Communication was excellent throughout the permitting process, and the installation itself was done by their very efficient and professional crew. The project was completed on-time and on-budget, and our system is now generating just what SunBlue said it would. We're very pleased with SunBlue, and would highly recommend them.

Great company, great work
SunBlue has been terrific throughout the whole process of installing solar panels on our roof. Everyone at the company is friendly and thorough, and they really educate you on how solar works, what is or isn't worth doing, etc. We're really happy with our solar system, and really happy we got it through SunBlue.
