Starting with my first contact with Solar Bear, under the guidance and expertice of Manny Santiago, I have been and continue to be very satisfied. Manny understood the process and was able to explain to me and my wife in terms that we understood. He was able to design the system that we needed, and it has worked beautifully. My last few FPL bills have been for the basic minimum charge. Manny explained the financing and billing procedures, the install process and the final procedures. And all went as determined. I've told my friends, "if you're tired of paying those high utility bills, go solar. Solar Bear."

Dillon, my sales guy did a great job. He was very professional very knowledgeable and really did a great job at explaining how everything is gonna work for us at the end. Our system is finally on our meter is going backwards.we very happy over all.

horrible customer service, poor follow up
poor customer service, fake panels, always changing phone numbers, not reliable. Erin, states she is the manager, always TAKING your information, and does nothing with it. We have had our panels installed since 2020, and STILL NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY!!!!! AND EVERYTIME YOU ATTEMPT TO CALL THE COMPANY, THE NUMBERS MYSTERIOUSLY CHANGE.......THE EXCUSE IS, OH, WE ARE GOING THROUGH CHANGES. WHAT?!! I AM STILL PAYING MY ELECTRIC COMPANY FULL RATES, AS MY PANELS SIT THERE, ROTTING IN THE SUN GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY
